Responsible for building a network of customers looking for a bank that specializes in title and escrow settlement. Accountable for retaining and growing their client base through client referral, sales support, and/or increasing share of client wallet.What You'll Do:
- Responsible for the acquisition of new commercial banking clients and the expansion/retention of existing relationships specifically in the title and escrow industry
- Develop and execute relationship management plans for title and escrow clients, including effectively collaborating with client support, product teams, and senior management
- Provides guidance, trains, and educates Relationship Managers and Client Liaison employees
- Has an in-depth knowledge of Bank products and services. Analyzes the needs of clients and prospects to effectively recommend appropriate products or services
- Is highly focused on the target client profile; understands their financial needs and effectively communicates our value proposition
- Takes ownership for client relationship with the Bank
- Takes a consultative approach to understanding client objectives, effectively identify financial needs, implement appropriate solutions, and undertake ongoing review and assessment to ensure plan execution
- Effectively collaborate with client service team, product team and senior management to drive an excellent client experience
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of banking experience specifically related to title and escrow deposits preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial needs of clients and Bank’s products
- Proficient in FATrust applications, processes, and understanding of value proposition
- Takes ownership of banking relationships while effectively communicating with senior management
- Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively to the issues of customers
- Able to deal with and resolve difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in a wide range of non-standardized situations
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to organize and deliver presentations to groups
- Ability to travel up to 30-50%
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Pay Range: $109,650.00 - $146,175.00 annualized.
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
