What We Do

Develops reports using a variety of software applications dependent on business domain. Generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using sytem tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. Designs, develops, and implements customized tables, queries, and reports. Gathers information about report needs, objectives, functions, features, and input/output requirements. Integrates data from mulitple sources to produce requested or required data elements and manipulates data to create enhancements to existing reports. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. Monitors customers usage; monitors batch queries and ensures interoperability and security of various front end components. May create specifications for reports based on business requests.

What You'll Do:

  • Designs, develops, and implements customized tables, queries, and reports

  • Gathers information about report needs, objectives, functions, and features and makes recommendations for solutions

  • Analyzes and consolidates data to create desired output

  • Create enhancements to existing reports

  • Researches new reporting methods, processes, and tools.  Determines usage and recommends plan for implementation

  • Coordinates with other departments to revise current reports and ensure that business requirements are designed into new reports.

  • Assist other report writers with technical approach and issues.

  • Monitors customer usage, upgrades and reporting tools.

  • Manage projects/processes

  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of report writing experience

  • Excellent technical reporting and data analysis skills

  • Advanced understanding of the company's development process, including design, programming, and quality assurance

  • Aware of business issues as they impact overall project plans

  • Must understand business requirements and data base technology

  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills

  • PCs and various reporting software applications

  • SQL Query and Power BI experience preferred

  • Experience with project management and methodology

Pay Range: $72,125 - $96,125 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
