Join a transformative team shaping how First American builds and delivers world-class technology products that fuel the real estate industry. We’re looking for a strategic operations leader to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure efforts align with the organization’s goals and strategic direction. You will be responsible for structuring systems that enable an evolving organization to consistently scale excellent performance and cultivate an employee experience rooted in ownership and business engagement. Your leadership will support the development and execution of our strategic product roadmap and ultimately, the delivery of high-quality experiences to our customers. As a Technology Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in the Product and Technology organization. You will support the maturation of teams’ operational efficiency, effectiveness, and overall success. You will support the optimization of processes, facilitate communication and cross-collaboration, provide tools and data that help inform decision making, ensure teams are aligned towards strategic goals, and help drive the successful execution of our strategies. You will work closely with senior leadership and other internal stakeholders to champion a culture of continuous improvement and learning.Support the development and implementation of strategic operations strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives and drive measurable impact.
Develop and implement processes for better cross-functional collaboration, communication, and workflow management, ensuring teams are aligned and efficient.
Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and eliminate bottlenecks.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop operational roadmaps that connect strategic direction to day-to-day execution.
Use data and analytics to uncover insights, track key performance indicators, and inform strategic decisions.
Act as a bridge between leadership and delivery teams, ensuring goals are clearly communicated, understood, and achieved.
Facilitate effective communication and alignment across teams through structured updates, reporting, and change management practices.
Identify risks and dependencies early and develop mitigation plans that maintain delivery momentum.
Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Proven track record of identifying and mitigating process and operational risks that may impact delivery timelines, quality, or customer satisfaction. Ability to proactively address issues and bottlenecks to ensure smooth strategic operations.
Track record of improving operational performance through process design and data-driven insights.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategies.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with process improvement, operational efficiency, and scaling in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to facilitate strategic prioritization and intake to bridge strategy and execution, ensuring plans translate into effective actions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate competing priorities and recommend solutions.
Excellent persuasion skills and the ability to lead through influence without direct authority.
Proficiency with standard MS productivity tools (Office, Visio, and Teams). Familiarity with other technology enablement tools such asSlack, Miro, Lucid, Jira, Confluence.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in product, engineering, operations, or a related field.
Pay Range: $95,350 - $127,125 annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
