What We Do

Provides support to Account Managers and assigned account(s) to increase market share, meet specific revenue and long-term strategic objectives and service clients. Assists in the development of account plan strategy to identify key sales opportunities with existing and potential clients. Has primary responsibility for customer service. Assists with coordinating action plans with multiple internal entities. Job may have sales and business development role in addition to service role. Manages implementation activities and ongoing training to clients, based on knowledge of client business requirements and product knowledge. Communicate requirements to Account Managers for product enhancements.

Essential Functions

  • In partnership with Account Manager, develops ongoing customer relationships
  • Provide full range of services to assigned accounts, including customer service, training and providing solutions to customer problems
  • Act as liaison to other internal and external entities
  • Provide support to higher level Account Managers
  • Create sales opportunities
  • Gather data and provide information to answer questions and respond to inquiries


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0-2 years related experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • May require a valid driver’s license
