Supervise, coach, monitor, develop and motivate a team of employees in the Contractor Relations group.What You'll Do
- Implement goals and objectives of Contractor management as directed by the Manager
- Train new team members on established policies, practices, products and services. Has a key role in employee development, coaching and education
- Develop, track, monitor, and ensure proper reporting of department metrics to Manager
- Ensure staff meets/exceeds department/company standards/goals
- Monitor and adjust department schedule
- Resolve escalated issues in a professional manner consistent with corporate standards and compliance; including data gathering, analysis and final decision
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- 2+ years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Windows operating system/computer skills required
- Microsoft office experience required
- Successful track record of executing day to day operational responsibilities, along with participating in, developing and completing projects in area of expertise
- Able to implement and enforce processes to ensure compliance and quality
- Provides others with reliable information and uses good listening skills

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
