This role provides various support functions for the Contractor Relations team in the Home Warranty Division. Point of contact for Contractor network. Coordinate and provide day to day administration and support of the FAHBP contractor network in terms of account maintenance, claims support, invoice support, web portal training, master record updates, work items, NT’s (No Techs), Work Order Offers, emergencies, and overall support to the department.What You'll Do:
- Resolve service issues such as work items, emails, voice messages/team rotary or other requests
- Assist contractors with information on Home Warranty policies, procedures, coverage, and non-covered items
- Maintain database information (zip codes, covered areas, address, email, phone, brand exceptions, etc)
- Responsible for contractor portal training, assisting contractors with invoice issues and payment process. Inactivate/activate contractors due to vacation or bookings while ensuring proper trade coverage. Includes summer season and holidays
- Assist Contract Recruiter Specialist in keeping all contractor documentation current, including licensing, insurance, and workers’ compensation
- Contact outside technicians to service when a no tech occurs
- Follow-up with Outside Reimbursement (OSRs) to recruit as a new FA contractor
- Recruit new hires in impact areas as directed by the Supervisor and CRM. Assist with ongoing department projects and initiatives
- Responsible for weekly work order offer system reporting, compliance metrics, and ongoing discussions with contractors
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Typically has 2+ years of related experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understanding of invoicing process
Salary Range:
$19.81 - $26.43
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
