What We Do

The Sr. Manager of Inside Sales is responsible for leading and scaling the inside sales organization to drive new customer acquisition and retention growth. This role provides strategic direction, operational leadership, and hands-on coaching/mentoring to maximize sales productivity, customer lifetime value, and revenue performance. The Sr. Manager will oversee inbound and outbound sales efforts, renewal and retention programs and performance management while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product, Customer Experience teams, recruiting and Human Resources.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute inside sales strategies that drive new business acquisition and customer retention
  • Develop and drive actionable sales plans, targets, and KPIs
  • Lead, mentor, and develop inside sales managers and representatives to achieve consistent performance excellence
  • Establish a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, coaching, and results
  • Consistent partnership and communication with Marketing to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
  • Continuously improve sales scripts, processes, and tools to increase new business close rates and renewal rates.
  • Lead renewal and retention sales efforts to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn
  • Analyze churn drivers and collaborate across the business to improve retention outcomes, improve renewal rates and drive down customer cancel rates
  • Consistently monitor KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting to track sales and retention performance and effectiveness
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage, pipeline hygiene, and reporting discipline
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and performance analysis
  • Support executive leadership with insights on trends, risks, and growth opportunities

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of directly related experience (5+ years in a leadership/management role)
  • Proven success leading inside sales teams in high-volume, consumer-focused environments
  • Experience driving both new customer acquisition and retention/renewal sales
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, forecasting, and KPI management
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with inbound/outbound call center sales environments
  • Proven ability to drive strategic sales leadership

Based on eligibility, First American offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO/paid sick leave and other great benefits like an employee stock purchase plan.

Pay Range: $112,400.00 - $149,800.00 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
