Are you ready to lead strategic programs that drive innovation and deliver measurable impact across the enterprise? We’re looking for a Program Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment and brings vision, structure, and leadership to complex, cross-functional initiatives that power business success.What You’ll Do
Drive transformation: Lead multiple high-impact programs that align with bold organizational goals, ensuring each initiative supports key business outcomes.
Own the big picture: Coordinate scope, timelines, budgets, and interdependencies across initiatives to deliver seamless execution.
Be the connector: Partner with business and functional leaders—such as Sales, Operations, and Technology—to ensure programs directly support company objectives and goals.
Champion innovation: Embed Agile principles and inspire a culture of adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Stay ahead of challenges: Anticipate risks, craft smart mitigation plans, and keep stakeholders engaged, informed, and confident every step of the way.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
PMP certification desirable.
8–10 years of related program or project management experience, with proven success leading large-scale, complex business or technology initiatives.
Prior product management experience in an Agile environment.
Working knowledge of SharePoint and collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence).
Demonstrated ability to partner across business functions to deliver programs that support organizational goals.
Preferred Background
Project management experience or formal training strongly preferred.
Experience in environments where leaders wear multiple hats—from strategy through execution—particularly in evolving or maturing organizations.

Salary Range
$109,600 - $140,100
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors, which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
