The primary responsibility will be to maintain a substantial weekly volume of Register Agent and Corporate filing orders. This includes ensuring legal compliance by handling electronic and paper filings, updating customer records, researching jurisdictional requirements, and retrieving necessary documents. This is an in-office position located at 901 S Second St, Ste 201, Springfield, ILWHAT YOU'LL DO
- The specialist will be responsible for training with the Assistant Manager and Manager of the department on more complex filings involving IL and other State jurisdictions.
- The specialist will have a well-versed knowledge of the services and will be able to comprehend the covered risks and exceptions.
- The specialist will be comfortable speaking with clients regarding more complex questions and will be able to offer guidance.
- The specialist will self-manage a portfolio of orders and will be responsible for following up on status, ETA and pricing.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in filing and retrieving documents
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
- Strong detail orientation
- Customer service orientation
- Exercises good judgment
- Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
Pay Range: $20.72 - $27.62 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
