What We Do

Role Overview: This role leads the Salesforce.com Administration function and oversees the Business Intelligence (BI), reporting strategy, and CRM development initiatives within First American Data & Analytics. The position collaborates closely with management to define business metrics, prioritize data and reporting needs, and deliver analytics and CRM solutions that support informed decision‑making and operational efficiency.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, reporting tools, data pipelines, and self-service analytics solutions across Data & Analytics lines of business
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage team initiatives to deliver scalable, technology-driven reporting and analytics solutions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with business and technical partners to translate data into actionable insights
  • Advise stakeholders through strategic and technical analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Ensure reporting standards, governance, and best practices align with enterprise strategy
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive efficiency and focus on high-impact initiatives
  • Partner with channel leaders to define, refine, and prioritize reporting, data, and CRM requirements
  • Manage a team of Salesforce.com certified administrators

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting
  • 3–5 years of experience leading or managing teams
  • Proven experience delivering complex reporting and analytics initiatives
  • Salesforce certification preferred
  • Project Management experience desired, related certification a plus
  • Experience in the real estate or title industry a plus

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into measurable outcomes
  • Experience leading complex projects from planning through execution
  • Effective leadership skills, including communicating vision, developing talent, and driving change
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Working knowledge of BI tools, databases, and reporting systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Outreach, and Oracle helpful
  • Commitment to ethics, compliance, data governance, and security standards

Scope & Impact

  • Influences investment and prioritization decisions related to reporting technologies, business metrics, and CRM development
  • Oversees day-to-day operations of the BI and reporting function & team
  • Addresses complex business challenges through multi-source data analysis and market insights
  • Accountable for delivering initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities, timelines, and quality standards

Pay Range: $126,350-$149,886 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
