The Escrow Project Administrator is responsible for managing/coordinating the daily functions of condominium project escrows. Projects range in complexity and include properties ranging from several units to over 1,000, taking up to two years or more to complete. Duties include receiving and processing of escrow deposits; posting and accounting; tracking of deposit and disbursement transactions; all related reporting; agreement/contract review. Maintain a high level of customer service and establish relationships with developers and agents, while effectively keeping up with a fast paced, high volume workload. Position is open to remote work for a candidate who resides in Florida.What You'll Do
- Receive and process daily incoming deposits into FAST and iBanking systems
- Work with Developers/Contract Administrators to identify incoming wires as well as coordinate the receipt of corresponding purchase and sale agreements
- Produce and distribute Notice of Escrow Deposit forms and receipts for corresponding wires and/or checks
- Update and maintain electronic files utilizing FAST/company operating systems as well as virtual inhouse file folders
- Post and analyze escrow funds on customized MS Excel reports including recording of all deposit, withdrawal & cancellation activity
- Monthly reconciliations of bank statements to MS Excel reports
- Prepare and distribute monthly billing statements along with accounts receivable follow-up for payment of these statements
- Execute disbursement of funds (closings, construction draws, cancellations, etc.)
- Document all activity pertaining to buyer’s unit deposits within FAST system
- Accommodate Escrow letter requests
- Resolve banking related matters through daily interaction with the Banking Department
- Comply with government reporting requirements by documenting all relevant incidents
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong math skills
- Proficient Excel skills
- Project/escrow coordination skills preferred
- Experience with basic accounting concepts
- Strong customer service skills
- Communication skills – both verbal and written to communicate with internal and external clients/customers
- Attention to detail, organized, able to multi-task
- Ability to handle fast paced, high volume workload
- Willingness to work in collaboration with team members
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of related experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is helpful
Salary Range: $19.65 - $34.20 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
