What We Do

The Alternate Business Line Continuity Officer (Alt-BLCO) supports the enterprise Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program by assisting with planning, communication, testing, and recovery activities for a Division. This role ensures continuity of critical operations during disruptions and assumes full Business Line Continuity responsibilities.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

• Support annual Business Continuity Management Program activities and objectives as directed by the Business Continuity Officer (BLCO).
• Coordinate communication during potential business interruptions
• Assist with operational recovery efforts
• Serve as  Alt-BLCO designee during incidents
• Participate in governance, training, and testing activities
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of related experience
• Train and work toward BCM certification

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated; self-starter
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Pay Range: $30.91 - $41.20 Hourly, Remote

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
