The Title Coordinator works with multiple parties to coordinate the completion of the title process. Processes new orders and ensures files are set-up properly. Monitors and tracks the workflow from searcher and contractors. Coordinates multi-site project intake and transaction management. Performs special projects. Assists with title production support services. The ideal candidate must have experience in either Illinois or Indiana title.What You'll Do
- Process new orders with preliminary searching to start the file off on the correct path
- Facilitate customer requests via email, workflow, etc and manages incoming correspondence
- Manage a variety of inventory reports
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Monitor process and resolve issues to keep process on track. Report issues to manager
- Escalate complex title issues to supervisor as needed
What You'll Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in escrow/title or curative role
- Proficient MS Office skill set
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving, organizational skills
- Exercises good judgment
- Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
Salary Range: $18.02 - $30.02 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
