Step Into a Thriving Escrow Desk in Yakima First American is hiring an Escrow Officer in Yakima, WA to take over a well-established, high-volume desk from a retiring industry veteran. This is a unique opportunity to inherit strong client relationships, lead smooth closings, and grow your career with a trusted national brand. We’re looking for someone driven, relationship-focused, and ready to make an impact. Escrow experience is a plus, but we hire for attitude and potential and we will will train the right person.What You’ll Do
- Manage real estate escrow transactions from open to close
- Prepare and review closing documents and settlement statements
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
- Clear title issues and ensure smooth, timely closings
- Balance and disburse escrow funds accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of related experience preferred
- Escrow or escrow assistant experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the escrow/title industry
- State licensing/certification if required
