What We Do

The Product Management Intern will support the Digital Customer Experience Program team in managing and enhancing customer facing technology products. This role provides hands on exposure to the full product lifecycle, including customer feedback analysis, backlog management, vendor coordination, user acceptance testing, production releases, and business communications. The internship is designed to introduce core product management principles and provide practical experience in how requirements move from intake to production and ongoing support.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conduct structured analysis of customer reviews and feedback to identify recurring friction points and key drivers of negative sentiment. Develop tracking documentation and quantify trends to support prioritization decisions.
  • Document lessons learned from bulk transfers and site implementations to improve future execution and reduce repeat issues.
  • Support backlog management activities, including enhancement tracking, requirement documentation, and coordination with external technology vendors.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing by validating functionality, documenting defects, and ensuring customer facing technology meets business requirements.
  • Support production release activities, including readiness tracking and post release validation.
  • Draft release notes and technical documentation to communicate technology enhancements to business partners.
  • Provide general product maintenance support related to production issues and customer feedback.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Knowledge and Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in qualitative data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management or ticketing tools is preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, digital products, or customer experience.
  • Ability to translate customer feedback into structured insights.
  • Interest in end-to-end product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, process driven environment.
  • Comfortable working cross functionally with business and technology partners.

This internship provides foundational exposure to technology product management within a customer focused, regulated environment and prepares participants for future roles in digital product, customer experience, or technology operations.

Pay Range: $13.97 - $18.62 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
