Join our dynamic Home Builder team as an Administrative Assistant, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations. This role serves as a central point for departmental coordination, policy information, and confidential assignments, requiring strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Home Builder team and leadership.
- Research and compile information for reports and special assignments.
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Prepare and compose correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel.
- Organize team meetings and events, including notetaking and task tracking.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, submitting expense reports, and greeting visitors.
- Coordinate hybrid work logistics and assist with remote collaboration tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; some college preferred.
- 2–4 years of administrative experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional demeanor and positive service attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Pay Range: $20.72-$27.62 hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
