What We Do

Join our dynamic Home Builder team as an Administrative Assistant, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations. This role serves as a central point for departmental coordination, policy information, and confidential assignments, requiring strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Home Builder team and leadership.
  • Research and compile information for reports and special assignments.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Prepare and compose correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel.
  • Organize team meetings and events, including notetaking and task tracking.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, submitting expense reports, and greeting visitors.
  • Coordinate hybrid work logistics and assist with remote collaboration tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • 2–4 years of administrative experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional demeanor and positive service attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong grammar and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Pay Range: $20.72-$27.62 hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
