Lead. Grow. Make an Impact. We’re seeking an experienced Area Operations Leader to drive performance, operational consistency, and strategic growth across our title and escrow operations. This is a hands-on senior leadership opportunity designed for a results-oriented leader who excels in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams. Why This Role? Lead at Scale – Oversee multiple branches and directly influence operational and financial performance. Execute Strategy – Partner with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and strengthen organizational culture. Develop Talent – Coach and elevate teams across Title, Escrow, Branch Management, and related functions. What You’ll Do

Lead and support a team across title, escrow, and support functions while keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll help set goals, guide day-to-day work, develop employees, and make sure both customers and team members have a great experience.

Experience

• Management or leadership experience preferred

Pay Range: $102,200.00 - $136,200.00 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
