We are building a Performance Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) to transform marketing into a measurable growth engine. As Demand Generation Manager, you will be the driver of integrated campaigns that generate measurable demand across our divisions. You will own the campaign lifecycle—from intake and prioritization through launch and optimization—ensuring every program is strategically designed, aligned with divisional priorities, and tied to performance benchmarks. This role requires a results-driven marketer who can turn divisional needs into high-performing campaigns, orchestrating across teams to deliver measurable business impact.HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Translate divisional marketing priorities into scalable demand generation programs.
- Build campaign briefs with clear objectives, target audiences, offers, budgets, and KPIs.
- Lead integrated campaigns across channels including email, paid media, events, website, and webinars.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Partner with divisional marketing leads to prioritize campaign requests against growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Brand & Creative, Paid Media, SEO/SEM, Ops, and Analytics teams to ensure campaigns are launch-ready.
- Serve as the campaign quarterback, driving alignment and execution across multiple stakeholders.
Optimization & Test-and-Learn
- Maintain the testing roadmap, ensuring every campaign has a defined learning agenda.
- Leverage insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
- Report on campaign impact against pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI benchmarks.
Tools & Technology
- Fluency with core performance marketing platforms and tools, including:
- Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), attribution and reporting platforms.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot (or equivalent).
- Collaboration & Workflow: Project management and campaign orchestration tools.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- 5–7 years in demand generation, campaign management, or performance marketing in enterprise or multi-division organizations.
- Proven ability to design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking and reporting on campaign KPIs.
- Highly organized and proactive—able to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- A growth-oriented marketer who thrives in a culture of testing, learning, and optimization.

Salary Range: $95,400,00 - 127,100.00
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
