We are looking to add an Escrow Assistant to our growing team- someone motivated, proactive, and ready to build a long-term career in the escrow and title industry. This is an in-office position with a collaborative, high-performing team that takes pride in delivering excellence and supporting one another.What You’ll Do
Assist in the escrow process, including:
Opening orders
Inputting closing statement information
Preparing documents for closing
Handling disbursements and post-closing follow-up
Communicate regularly with clients throughout the escrow process
Review and interpret agreements related to escrow closings
Utilize multiple systems and technologies to support transactions
Deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience

High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of escrow or related experience preferred
